Business Development Director - Real Estate Development
NW Recruiters is seeking a Business Development Director. This role will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities. To develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Primary Duties:
Identify, structure and negotiate strategic and channel partnerships with Project Partner/Project Manager, Agencies, and other involved parties
Manage and grow existing partnerships
Develop strategic partnership relationship for the company
Manage contract negotiations with partners
Work with the President of the company, assisting and supervising teams to drive execution
Represent the company at networking events & business events
Manage the Business Development team
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in Real Estate investment & development
5
years management or business development experience
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Must be computer proficient - Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
Construction experience
Experience working with financial institute or have strong financial networks
Bachelor's DegreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
