Objective
: The primary purpose of the Warehouse Associate is to assist in warehouse operations such as receiving, storing and distributing product.
Areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive and verify incoming product; enter into computer system.
Load and unload shipments.
Stock product.
Accurate pulling/packing orders for both shipping and will call customer pick-up.
Assist in counting of physical inventory.
Utilize shipping software to prepare outbound shipments.
Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift.
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates.
May sweep, dust or mop the warehouse area.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Count, verify and receive inventory into computer system
Sort and place product in proper rack locations
Inventory maintenance including cycle counting
Forward all daily receipts and shipment documents to accounting department
Perform other general warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Skills:
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years warehouse experience required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must possess strong customer service skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail is critical; must be able to pull complex orders accurately.
Basic computer skills required.
Prior forklift experience is desired.
Must have a valid State Drivers License
Experience with shipping software and/or MAS500 a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
