Support & Configuration Responsibilities
Troubleshoots technical issues related to software and configuration
Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
Performs Analysis of task history to prevent/eliminate recurring Support tasks
Creates configuration specification and data edit impact analysis documents used to configure software
Generates/disseminates configuration reports to IT & outside staff outlining configuration changes
Documents support/configuration items for the IT Policies and Procedures Library
Testing Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test plans related to system functionality and newly introduced system modifications
Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests
Document quality assurance practices
Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs
Generate/distribute configuration reports where appropriate
Perform post implementation follow up
Initiate new tasks for issues on existing live programs reported during testing
Create/Update implementation plan items during the lifecycle of the task/project where more than one IT department is required for deployment
Create procedures/provide training as new system elements are introducedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
