You will work closely with the Food and Beverage operation to ensure kitchen efficiencies are consistently met.
You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, inventory management, training and development, and retention of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
7-12 years of related job experience as a Lead Tech or Manager Expert level knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and controls Extensive knowledge and experience with core Food & Beverage equipment specifically to Kitchen equipment in a hotel.
Comfort working with individual contributors and broader teams Ability to lead external vendors and cross brand partnerships In depth experience in creating and adhering to budgets Computer literacy Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Ability to efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals Ability to balance multiple projects with proven track record Ability to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally We offer a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and housing allowance.
